Musical Engagement Agreement
This agreement, between Tommy Midgett (First Party) and
______________________ (Second Party), for musical entertainment to be
provided by Tommy Midgett, on the following __________ day(s) of
_______________, 20 ______ for the sum of $ __________.
In consideration of the mutual agreement to be kept and performed on the part of
the said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated, Tommy Midgett hereby agrees
that he shall:
- Provide various musical entertainment as requested
Said party of the second part agrees to:
- Provide the appropriate location with necessary hookups.
- Agrees to pay the sum of $ __________ as follows:
$ __________ 50% (fifty) deposit of the total sum, paid herewith
$ __________ Remaining balance payable 10 (ten) days prior to the event.
The deposit paid shall be reimbursed by Tommy Midgett if written cancellation is
received at least __________ days before the scheduled event. Said second party
will forfeit the deposit paid if the scheduled event is canceled less than __________ days
before the scheduled event.
The agreement shall be binding upon both parties according to the laws of the
State of North Carolina.
